Spa back flow valve

Following up....a few days after adjusting/playing with the motorized valves, the spa drains about an inch or two below the waterfall rocks. In other words very little.
Jim,
Thanks for the link. I'm going to swap that out and see if it helps the actuator move smoother and seal better. If it doesn't, I'm probably going to end up replacing the operators as they appear to be the originals and are not moving smoothly or consistently.

Anyone had any luck with the Tork over the zodiac version?

For actuators, read Valve Actuators - Further Reading
They can be rebuilt.

I looked into it. Motors appear to be ridiculously expensive and other parts are not much cheaper. It looks like I can buy a brand new unit for half what just the motor costs. But if you've got a cheaper source for parts hit me up. God knows I've paid stupid money for parts before becoming more knowledgeable ....let's not discuss those $40 limit switches that really cost $2.99:laughblue:
