My wife and I are in the processing of purchasing and renovating this property after a house fire. We are located in Rochester, NY. From what i can tell, it is a 24 foot above ground pool with a lot of unknowns right now. Not sure of any specifics on the pool, previous care or if it was even winterized properly.
Growing up we didnt have a pool but my grandparents did and we were there daily. I was often helping with maintaining it but never incharge of it soley. Looking forward to using the TFP strategy.

Congrats on the new home and pool. Be sure to stick close to the link below which has lots of great info. Pay particular attention to having your own "proper" test kit - either a TF-100 (my Favorite) or a Taylor K-2006C. Your own accurate home testing is always step 1.
