Solar Heater to Mount on Hillside

Getting to the short strokes on our pool. Approx 35k gallons. The pool equipment area is pretty close to a large hillside where I'd like to install a solar pool heater to avoid as much as possible having to use the gas heater. The installer already pre-plumbed for a solar heater, including (I think) and temperature controlled valve.

The hill is on an approx 2:1 slope and faces south (I'm in SoCal).

Do you have any recommendations for solar heaters to use in this situation? Would love to avoid pouring concrete footings for this if at all possible.

Thanks

I would think any panel would work fine in that location. Are you building a rack for the panels or just setting them on the ground?

The panels will be slightly more efficient if raised off the ground but probably not worth the effort.
