I want to install 196 Sq ft of solar heater panels on my patio cover, but not sure it can handle the weight once they fill with water. I'm not sure how the patio cover connects to the house, whether it's just big bolts or if some support beams are notched into the frame of the house.

Call the maker of the patio to ask them what the weight limit is. My guess? It is not made for that kind of weight no matter how it is attached to the house.
Call Mohr Power, they are local and they will have a better idea of the weight of the system that you want to install.
