SW CT here, closed 18’ AG with a mesh cover, a floaty in the middle, and perfect water balance. Wintered great but I opened 2 weeks too late to a pollen “tea” and a FC of 0.2 and a CYA at 30
Scrubbed, vacuumed, scrubbed again, hooked up pump/filter and dosed 2 gallons liquid chlorine 12.5%, bringing FC to 14. Kept scrubbing and vacuuming, cleaned cartridge filter twice, 2 days later pool sparkles. Passed the OCLT this morning, FC @ 9. Waiting a few more days to let the FC drift down then I will rebalance everything
