SJ55 polarity lights flashing

I came home today and found my SWG turned all the way up to boost and the polarity lights flashing between 1 & 2. It is not producing chlorine. I cannot get it out of this mode. I have unplugged it, turned power off to it, held down the + and - buttons simultaneously, held each one separately. We are supposed to be going out of town in the morning and Circupool is closed.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I suspect the cell is dead or dying. Best option is to call Circupool.
