My oldest called me to advise we had a power outage yesterday around 4pm, seeming as a result of a rare for our area lightning strike. When I got home around 630pm, power still "out", I noticed several anomalies indicating the failure as a brown out as opposed to a full power outage and immediately shutoff the main breaker. Power was restored about 11pm so I flipped the main breaker then 1 by 1 flipped all the other breakers on. Everything appears to be fine with the exception of the 2 siemens gfci breakers in the pool panel. They are both flashing the replace me light, although none of the other afci/gfci breakers suffered issues.
Anything else I should check before just replacing them?

I think they are telling you what you need to do. GFCIs are vulnerable voltage surges.

Do you have breaker box surge protection installed? That might of helped.
