I am getting ready to plumb my solar panels and received my Pentair Solar valve yesterday. While looking at the layout, I found that I could reduce qty of 90s by two if I turned the actuator on it side so the inlet port is pointing up towards the filter outlet. Has anyone mounted valves with actuators any other direction other than horizontal {inlets and outlets all horizontal} versus vertical {inlet vertical outlets horizontal}
I know the valve would work, just wondering about water damaging the actuator motor. Id dont see anything that says it has to be horizontal in the manual
