Just had a new Hayward Omnihub installed by my technician and it is working well. However, the setup on the outside looks like a disorganized mess. Any thoughts, tips, or suggestions on how they could have housed this better? Is there a product or housing unit I could have them install?

Sloppy workmanship.
A panel board should have been installed to mount all the boxes on. Boxes should have been mounted straight and plumb and aligned. Wires should have been cut to size and routed neatly.
The only thing that is mounted properly to the stone wall is the 4 gang outlet which was done by an electrician.
The pool guys who installed your Omnihub were hacks, not professionals.

I demanded to know from my PB if I paid the 'award winning pools' price, or the 'every hack gets to learn what they're doing at my house' price.
He was mortified about his subs but the Covid era was the wild west and he couldn't pick and choose his subs.
Every group has its bad apples and all, but there's a special place in you know where for whoever thought that was acceptable. I'm sure you paid the premium service price like I did.

I've never left an install of anything at my house look like that. That's shameful and I would demand they come back to fix it.
