Should I SLAM again?

So the weekend before last I was out of town and then came home only to get sick and needless to say my poor pool got neglected and this part Saturday I finally started feeling better and realized just how much. It was getting cloudy and had some dead leaves in it, a couple spots of green stuff (algae I assume) and some slimy areas. Well I cleaned everything up and did the SLAM process. My overnight chlorine loss was 2.5 yesterday and my tests results tonight were....
FC - 5
CC - 1
PH - 7.4
CYA - 40

Was wondering if all those test results are correct or do any of them suggest I need to do the SLAM process again?

Failed OCLT, CC=1, visible algea, all points to SLAM in your near future.

All the alge was BEFORE I did the SLAM this past weekend. So are you saying because the CC is 1 is season enough to do the SLAM process again?

This, along with CC = 1, indicate something brewing in your water.

Successful completion of SLAM=
1/) Clear water (including no signs of algae)
2.) CC's of 0.5 or less
3.) Passing the OCLT

If you have not passed all 3 criteria you keep the SLAM going.
