I installed a 15x30 oval above ground pool last summer and love it. My house already had a two level deck, and the pool ended up going next to it. Photos attached. This spring I'd like to remove the railing and extend the deck to the pool. I'd love your input on design tips! I'm already aware this deck is much shorter than most decks next to above ground pools. But I have to work with what I've got. The deck is about 18" off the ground. I know I'll have to cut some length off the outside of my ladder to get it to fit on the deck. Any tips would be appreciated!
