My pool pump came on today and I noticed out of more than one jet in the pool, looks like a grey powder shooting out. I do have a DE filter so my guess is that. Do I have a hole in one of my grids?
How do I proceed?

Certainly a possibility. I would recommend updating your signature with all of your pool and equipment info so we know what products you have there. You can also post a pic or two of your filter.

Do you have a multiport valve (MPV) or slide valve? If you have a MPV, you could place it on recirculate for now until you can resolve the issue.
