Sheer descent leak through coping

Hi, my new pool was officially done on Dec. 15th. On Dec 31st I noticed that when my sheer descent was on there was a second pin hole stream of water leaking through the coping. Company finally “fixed” it in early March. It wasn’t obviously leaking the steam into the pool anymore so I didn’t think anything of it. Then yesterday I noticed that this hole is still there but it’s now just trickling from the coping down the tile. Is this something that needs to busted out and fixed? I do NOT want to patch the grout… this is a brand new pool and I want it fixed right! What should my pool company do? PS. They really suck so need to know what to do if I need to take matters in my own hands

Welcome to TFP :)

I almost 100% guarantee the tile / spillover was not done correctly as most companies have no idea how to do it right.. And that sure looks like glass tile.. That brings the below requirements.. I bet they did your tile in 1 or 2 days and no waterproofing was done..

I have uploaded the OGT document that these directions came off of, most glass tile companies have these instructions that must be followed..

The guys doing the tile were done with everything in about 2 days with the exception of the top of my spa bc they ran out of tile. If the tile was waterproofed wouldn’t the pipe behind it still be leaking into the concrete? How long before that starts to cause problems? I already have to add water every 4-8 days depending on how much I use the spa. And there’s air getting into the spa even when the jets are off and I just realized that probably means I have a leak. The company has known this for months and keeps telling me everything is fine

If there is a leak in the pipe behind the wall then it will have to be all ripped out, the pipe fixed and then all put back together.. Preferably correctly done this time..
