Settings IC60 vs IC40

Just replaced an IC40 with an IC60 if my 40 was set @ 40% what % should the IC60 be set at?

40% would give you 2.3 in 24 hours.

25% on IC60 will give you 2.1.
30% will give you 2.5.

Use "effects of adding" in Pool math, change the cell generator model and adjust SWG % to compare.
