Self made hot tub almost done!

Well I finally was able to relax and enjoy some 102 F water in my hot tub
Seems like my problem was having the heater before the pump, I kept getting that error after changing the setup and having the pump connected to pump port, changed it to circulating port and it worked
Now I turn on the breaker pump turns on so does the heater, once the heater has the temperture selected it turns off but the pump always stays on
