Hi pool party people!
I was hoping you fine folks could lay my eyes on our estimate. We have 3 bids and they all came in almost identical in price. So I'm mostly looking for opinions on equipment.

Three LED’s are good for that size.

Remove the pressure cleaner and add a Dolphin M500 for that big pool.

Report back with the depths and gallons. It just depth and we can figure the gallons. Then also report back with the proposed filter size for a check.

Model #’s on all equipment.

Any handrails? Many folks say they wish they did them not considering older relatives or themselves a few years after the build or due to an injury.

Basketball hoop? Plan ahead so the metal sleeves can be bonded during electrical before the decking is out in.

And that’s a good price in the autocover. Does it include a walk on lid? Ours uses large stones and it’s nice to be able to walk in it.
