Seauto crab circles

We have one Seauto crab but when we put it at the pool it just makes circles one side of the wheels is not working , someone have had similar issue ??
Also how to know if mine can be configurated by Bluetooth it doesn’t pop out on our app

Try the smonet app...see if it will let you update the firmware.

Most have had issues with the Seauto app itself when going to update the firmware.

I can control mine via bluetooth through the app just fine. But I never updated the firmware and make sure to leave that setting off (auto updates) for that app.

If not, try emailing Seauto and see what they say.
