ScreenLogic Users Assemble!

My ET8 is about 100ft from the house. My mesh system reaches out there.

Depending on your mesh system, it’s always ideal to have the mesh nodes wired instead of back-treading over their WiFi wireless connection (you lose bandwidth). I’m a big believer in MOCA, it uses existing coax cable in your home instead of running CAT5 Ethernet cable. I use it all over my home so I get faster WiFi and wired Ethernet at all ends of the home. If your ET8 Screenlogic2 is giving you issues and the closest mesh node isn’t cutting it, try MOCA. You’ll use a network switch at the closest coax cable/MOCA adapter to your ET8 and plug in the Screenlogic2 wireless receiver there. Voila!
