So this my setup. For some reason now the app won’t let me switch to pool nor take in any schedule with the pool in it. Works fine with just the spa. Screenshots of my egg timers too.

My Spa does not overflow into the pool and ideally I would like the pump to alternate every few hours between the spa and pool to mitigate freezing.

I tried hitting the reset on the easytouch too to no avail.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Your system is in FREEZE PROTECTION mode.

Do you have Freeze Protect enabled for both your POOL and SPA?

Check what circuits are assigned Freeze Protection...

It worked! You guys are awesome!

I can switch to my pool pump now, but it still won’t take the schedule.

Do I have too many egg timers? If so, how do I turn them off

What do you want to schedule?

Schedules will not run when in Freeze Protect mode.

Egg timers set to 12 hours do not count as a schedule.

Wait until your panel returns to normal mode to work on your schedule.

If you have a full up EasyTouch, you can only have a max of 12 schedules and that includes any egg-timer that are not set to the default of 12 hours. Not used often but the run-once also counts as a schedule.

Check the schedules and egg timers using the panel LCD. Some people have found they have more schedules in their panel than what the app is showing.

I want the pump to alternate between the spa and pool every 3 to 4 hours to mitigate any potential chance of freeze in the pipes. I did turn off the freeze protection and that’s what enabled me to switch the pump over to the pool.

I was also wondering if there’s a fix for every time the pump switches between the spa and pool a good chunk of water drains into the pool, causing me to have to manually fill back up the spa

Freeze protection will do that every 15 minutes if freeze protection is on for the pool and spa circuits.

Ok, it was not clear what you did.

There is a setting for the pump not to run when the valves turn. Your pump will cycle off and on. The pump being off keeps water from being pump out of the spa when the valves are moving.

How do I find that setting for the pump not to run when the valves turn?
A prior discussion on your problem. Freeze protection seems to ignore the pump not run setting.
