I had a previous issues with trouble shooting my existing protocol adapter (PA) and i gave up and just replaced it. That was the issue and I am connected to the PA, I see it in Screenlogic Connect and have followed all the directions for Win10 run as admin instructions, I have install Android app Screenlogic Connect and I see the PA. I have installed the Android app Screenlogic Config and I see the PA. But in Win10 I get stuck on the startup screen - below.

The indicator lights in lower left dialog only flash the center Yellow light. Not sure what that means...

TIA

Michael,

Do you get this page and does the IP address auto-populate ? Right where it says "Local System"..

What happens if you just select "Start ScreenLogic"?

Thanks,

Jim R.
Hi Jim,
Yes, the IP auto populates AND i can go to the "Config IP Info", If I go to "Start ScreenLogic", i get this:

When I went to "Start ScreenLogic" the first time there was no forecast info. I set the location in the Android ScreenLogic Config to my zipcode. So to me, that indicated that i was somehow communicating with IntelliTouch via the PA.

TIA

Michael,

I have no idea???

What happens when you click on the Blue Pentair Icon??? For me it shows several different pages, one at a time.. This is what my page you have above looks like..

Have you got your air and water sensors installed and running???

Thanks,

Jim R.

Hi Jim,
Thanks for the reply - that makes two of us :)

I really don't know about the sensors, that is the task once i get connected. the intelltouch used to be controlled by Control4, i am removing that and using the PA and apps to get better management of the pool.

Being just technical enough - it looks like the intellitouch is 'stuck' - i have switched power off/on to reboot. i haven't seen anything that says there is a firmware or any way to test the connection.

TIA
