Early in the the morning, my wifi in my house had an outage and all of my devices connected in my network were offline and later today my wifi got restored and everything is working again and when I was checking my screenlogic app, I can’t connect to it remotely. I tried unplugging and plugging the brick back in to restart it and still nothing. When I press the connect button, it gets stuck on this “Connecting to Relay Server at 69.94.13.10:7576...” and hangs there. I tried disconnecting my phone on my wifi and switched to my cellular network and still getting the same thing. I could be wrong but since I know my wifi is working right now and none of my other devices still cannot connect online, it might be pentair’s issue possibly that their servers to connect to the screenlogic remotely is down. Can someone check their screenlogic and connect to it remotely to see if it has this issue?
