We recently updated our home Wi-Fi and router and now our ScreenLogic 2 will connect to the pool transmitter but will not display any data (temp, proper SWG output) and will not turn on any of the pool functions (lights, pump). I have checked the IP address and everything looks fine. I have also power cycled everything. Any suggestions? We have an EasyTouch 4 with ScreenLogic 2 Wireless Interface.

You have power cycled the Protocol adapter AND the Easy Touch?
Your profile shows that you have the Mobile Touch Remote, is that using the same Transceiver antenna at the Easy Touch as the Screenlogic?
I have a Mobile Touch II remote and it uses a different older style Transceiver antenna at my Intellitouch.
I had to get everything working WITHOUT the mobile touch transceiver plugged in, then once it was working, I was able to plug it in.
I lifted the cover on the Mobile Touch II transceiver and disconnected the wires

We have an outside antenna, an inside receiver, and another white box connected to the receiver. I have tried restarting it all, and even tried using different cords.
Have you tried updating the controller software on the protocol adapter? Mine seems to lock up once a year and gives me a blank screen. My only fix is to update the protocol adapter to the latest build. Once that's done I update the interfaces (computer program and phone app).

One thing I have seen (might be because I have the Mobile Touch II keypad still wired up) is that once and a while, I'll connect on my iphone and things are screwy.
I will connect to it using the remote selection instead of the Local (even if I'm still local) and then it starts to work again.
Not sure if its the app or the protocol adapter causing this.
Also, look at the pattern of the lights on the inside wireless adapter. I recall that when you turn it on, it seeks the other end for a while and the pattern is distinctive.
