Sand filter size advice needed

Unfortunately when last year I did the math to evaluate proper size for filter I didn't place the note in safe place so I have to start it all over again. but I might be lucky and maybe someone has solved the same problem I have and can give me a hint!
I am posting the same request in another thread but I think this is the right place. I ask the moderators if I shall remove the other message.

The answer to which sand filter to get is easy, and you really don't need to worry about the math. Get the biggest one you can reasonably fit by the pool.

A 20-22" filter will work for you, try to avoid smaller than that. Definitely no smaller than 18".

A24-26" filter will keep the amount of backwashing down to a minimum and pressure drop through the filter low.

Bigger than that is ok but now you are getting to the overkill range and your pump may not be able to move enough water through the filter to get a proper backwash cycle.

Ahh yes the math system that most of the world uses, and the one that makes sense.

The numbers I'm referring to are inches in diameter of the filter housing.

20-22 inch diameter filters hold roughly 200-250 pounds ( 90-110 kg ) of sand.

24-26 inch diameter filters hold roughly 300-350 pounds ( 140-160 kg ) of sand.

50 pounds (25 kg) of sand is roughly equal to 0.5 cubic feet ( 14 liters) of volume inside the filter

And now it is defenetly much clearer since filter size here in Europe are sorted by volume/time not by size and a 22 gallons made sense to me but now i see it would have been an error if I had based my purchase on that assumption! Thanks
