I have to backwash frequently and the glass view doesn't show any discoloration just clear water but the pressure goes above 30 quickly and vac stops suckin????

Pressure goes up quickly but view port doesn't show dirty water when back washing. What is going on ??

It's very possible you have an algae issue that is causing those symptoms. Can you provide a full set of water test results? Also tell us how you typically chlorinate your pool. Don't forget tp update your signature as well for us. It will help leter.
