Salt on top of pool?

I have a salt water pool and it was low to start the season. I added bags of it my level is about 3800 I think where I want it but its odd there is like a salt like substance all over the top of the pool water. Not sure if its salt but it looks like that type of substance floating all over.

Any ideas?

NaCL saturation in water is over 200,000 ppm. It is not salt floating on your water.

Could be pollen? Is your pool water clear or a green swamp?

Salt don't float...

Not sure what it is.. Did you use Clorox salt???
