Salt cell replacement

So it’s safe to say the pump is 240, meaning I can hook orange or red to either the white or the black?
It is only safe if you KNOW you have a 240V circuit by checking the circuit breaker or testing it with a multimeter.

You should also visually verify the pump is set for 240V.

You do not assume when doing electrical work.

Volts on this tag from the pump, I don’t know any other way to verify. Inside the breaker box it’s pigtailed to the heater and back down to heater

That is a 230V pump, and not a dual voltage pump.

Show me the CB.

The big CB is a 230V GFCI CB which is correct.

Everything looks good to make the connections as discussed.

Pretty awesome feeling, huh? Looks great! If you have room to do it, flip your cell so the hump is down. At slow VS speeds, this will help to ensure your plates don't get exposed to air bubbles that may get trapped on top. CircuPool recommends this for VS pumps.

Hard to tell I guess but the hump is down, I guess it’s the angle. Great feeling, my pool has little to no chlorine so hoping this will bring me back up and keep it there.
1730 and below rpm it powers the control panel off so I set my timer 1750 for 7 hours then 2750 for 3 hours to do the vacuuming.
Hoping for good results!

I see now...my bad.

SWG's do a great job of maintaining FC, but it's best to use liquid chlorine for larger increases. You can never allow your FC to drop below minimum level for your CYA level (FC/CYA Levels). I'm looking back at you posts and see no info on what test kit you're using or test results. Hopefully, to give your cell the best chances at a long healthy life, you have a TFP recommended test kit and are following TFP recommendations. Read through the links below and call out if you have questions or need help...
