Bought this at Sam’s several years ago, and love it. Sadly, it is starting to break. NO idea what brand this is, and haven’t seen them in Sam’s since I bought mine. Anyone know the brand?

My GF had a float she loved that was breaking up. Looks similar to yours but rectangular. It's a Texas Recreation Sunray Pool Float. Might want to check them out to see if it might be a reasonable replacement.
I have a new float! My old one was made by Spongex Foam, which was purchased by Swimways. They don’t make the same exact float anymore, but they do have a very similar new style, carried at Pinch a Penny.

I paid $50 for it, a few years ago at Sam’s. Worth every penny.
Paid twice that today, but if it lasts several more years, I’m good!
Thinking about breaking the old one the rest of the way and making two smaller floats. Maybe a beverage float. LOL
Too bad that Big`O Gorilla did not appear he may have handed you a tube of glue to repair that favorite pool float
