Wow! I have no words.
Here is a picture of a pool... the request for help on "Next Door" and the reply he got word for word.
This guy is good huh? Can determine pool PH from a photo.

Will pay $$$$. Apparently my pool vacuum is subpar and I'm just having a hard time in general getting this pool back in shape. I'm willing to pay anyone interested in coming out to vacuum this pool. It's an above ground, about 15 feet in diameter. I tried professional services but they are booked throughout the whole summer. Just let me know. Thanks.

Have you had the water tested? From the picture it looks like the PH may be too high. If the pool looks like it has sand on the bottom that is probably the problem. You will need to add ph minus to the water to get rid of it.

Looks like they used floc and thought they could just use the auto-vac to clear it up. They've likely ruined their filter media in the process.
