S300 is this normal?

Take a look at the pictures and tell me if this is ok? I called the dealer and they said it's ok. One day I noticed that I could see the white roller and I never saw it before (I think). Just doesn't look right. This is the larger front roller.

My cleaner only has probably 30 hours on it, I take it out every time, wash it with clean water and store it on the cart under the patio.

I have three Dolphins, none are S300, but the rollers all look very similar to your pics..

Yep, my Active 30i is the same.

My S300i also looks like that. But, isn't that the back roller, though?
