Rusting elements and stain. How do I fix it?

Hi, I have a SunDance Cameo hot tub and recently some parts rusted and stained the fiberglass (probably too much chlorine, don't ask! I was out of town for more than a month and messed up).

Anyway, picture attached:
- Are the stains removable somehow? They don't seen to go away with soap and water.
- Are the rusty elements available for purchase? Do they have a name? Can anyone recommend a parts shop?

The handle is called a grip bar. The plastic piece to seal the grip bar is called a rubber collar. The light is a light assembly.

You can remove the stains with Vitamin C tablets. Rub them directly on, or put in a sock, crush them, get them wet and rub on the stains directly.
