Moved from here... Repair ropes on Coverstar autocover

I too have had my rope break...I would love to see any successful pictures or videos of repair.

I would only be able to provide a picture of me recovering from the payment of the invoice to have CS replace my ropes. It's probably not rocket science to do it, but also not simple. However, I don't have them come out except when needed. So I used that as on opportunity for them to adjust and lube things and replace any pulleys as needed while doing the ropes (at $800+ dollars).
