I had a new roof put on my house, and three roofing nails fell into my pool and left a perfect outline of a nail in three places after nails were fished out. I assume the process described in this thread would work for this problem? Someone on TFT also suggested buying some Vitamin C tablets, placing a few in a thin sock and setting it over the nail stain when the pump is off? If this is a good idea, how long should I leave it there? Thanks, MM
