Robot recommendation

I've had an Aquabot Rapids 4wd for 8 years, no issues and still going strong. I'm starting to look at what's available today since this thing is going to die. Nothing looks great to me. Requirements:

1. My pool is 32', but I only need a 30-40' cord (I have half the current 60' one wrapped and zip tied)
2. Must have anti tangle thingy!
3. The Aquabot doesn't climb walls great, but I don't really care. I either want it work, or not even try.
4. Aquabot is supposed to be 18#, but it's heavy pulling out out (I'm 71), so lighter is better (or faster draining).

I've noticed anything with item #2 is expensive unless someone knows of one. Any good cordless ones out there yet?

@tcat have you tried calling Home - Marina Pool Spa & Patio ? They are our go to robots. Make sure to call them on the phone so they can ask lots of questions so they help you pick out the best one for your pool.

A dolphin e10 might have worked but I don't think they have swivel cords.

I'm leaning towards a CX1, but hoping prices come down by the time my Aquabot dies. Hopeing for at least this season. Are bots cheaper in the winter?

I have no idea but my gut says yes. Especially if it is last years model!
