Robot Preventative Maintenance

We have the Dolphin Proteus DX5i. Been going strong for the past 4 months with at least daily usage (2 hour cycle). It works great! Is there any type of preventative maintenance I should be doing or take into Leslies for a "tune-up" or something? I want this thing to continue working good for us. Thanks in advance.

Keep the unit clean, don’t keep it in the pool when not being used, inspect monthly for any damage or wear, and make sure filters are cleaned properly. (You don’t want them drying out dirty)

What Rob said. If you get a lot of debris in your pool, leaves can get stuck in bad places. My Dolphin Quantum occasionally gets a leaf or two on the impellor during heavy spring cleaning. Removing one screw to access to the impellor makes it easy to clean up.

The few times I noticed my robot failing to climb all the way to the waterline it was always some vegetation interfering with the impeller. Easy to check and maintain.
