Since we are a community that likes measuring things, I connected my Kill A Watt to my robot (Warrior SE) and ran a two hour cleaning cycle. Total consumption was 0.17 kWh, so the average power consumption while operating is 85 W. Using TX electricity rates, a two hour cycle costs two cents.
In standby, the power consumption is 7 W. To eliminate this vampire energy waste, I programmed my smart switch to turn off the robot's power after the two hour cleaning cycle.
