I am currently experimenting with a Polaris Alpha iQ+ in a pool with heavy silt debris. Dogs swim in the pool several times a day after running around in the mud and the cleaner has to go in twice a day. The cleaner is scratched on top because the optional fine mesh collector gets full near the front of the container (no debris to the back) and the robot then turns over (unable to climb the walls).

Let us know how it holds up to the activity.

Just a quick update on this. The owner of the pool ended up purchasing a polaris P825 from Leslie's. The ultra fine canister is on back order. I think it will be needed as there isn't much debris from the dogs going into the included canister. In fact, there's still quite a bit of dust on the floor of the pool. It has been suggested to me by another pool guy to start adding enzymes to the pool.
