So I just purchased my first robot (Dolphin E20). It did an admirable job cleaning my pool but when I pulled out the filter basket, the bottom fell open and dumped everything out. I just figured it wasn't closed right, but upon close inspection the bottom doesn't really stay closed at all. Even if I just pick up the basket off the floor, the bottom falls open. That can't possibly be normal? I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seems like it really shouldn't do that. Has anyone else seen this happen?
The little latch tab on the bottom part looks like it doesn't quite reach the little black bumps to keep it closed...
I'm wondering if I should just return it to the store or if I should contact Maytronics... Everyone says their support is terrible.
