I got a RJ45+ and mounted it. Now I want to make sure I wire this correctly. I have attached a pic of my Jandy box if you could help me out with which wire to connect it to. I have a Jandy Variable Speed Pump.

Connect the Rj45 power to the LOAD screws on your filter/pump relay.

Where do the two wires currently on the filter/pump load screw go to?

The first yellow arrow goes to the pump and the last yellow arrow goes to the pool circuit breaker panel below. Thx
No, they probably both go to the pump on a 240V circuit.

What VS pump do you have?

A VS pump should have continuous power and not be switched by the relay.

The pump power wires should be moved to the LINE screws to continuously power it.

Screws on the relay are - LINE1, LOAD1, LINE2, LOAD2

Yellow arrows point to LOAD1 AND LOAD2 screws.

Relay connects LINE1 to LOAD1 and LINE2 to LOAD2.

Move the wire under LOAD1 to the right side under LINE1 and the wire under LOAD2 to the right side under LINE2.

Then put the power wires for your RJ45 under LOAD1 and LOAD2.

Confirm your VS pump is controlled by RS-485 connection to your panel.

That helps! My box is a Aqualink Z-4.

Put this pump model number in your signature...

If load is in the 2nd and 4th position wouldn’t you move to the left as you put right? Sorry i’m confused.
Look at the LINE screws. There is a wire slipped up on the left side.

Slip the pump wire up the right side of the LINE screws.

You can put two wires under one screw that way.

More than two wires, and you need to create a pigtail.

Got it thanks again for your patience.😁
