Rj45 all readings except temp reading 0

Had a rain storm yesterday. Went to check salt level. The SWG has all green lights but salt level, cell voltage , and amos all reads 0. Although generate light, and power all green and no flow light is off. Tried to unplug and reset. Unplugged generate from control, restart low flow light blinks a minute or so then hear click all lights go green but still reads zero. Temp reads out at 75 degrees, and can adjust power level. Any ideas?

you say the temp reads 75 then goes to zero.. Is it still making chlorine, if so I would not worry about it..
