RJ-60 vs PL7703 [potentially losing pool builder warranty]

Good for u I talk that salt cell. I could never deal with my pool without it. I don’t getcthe whole comrade thing with salt in Texas. You all must have something else floating in the air down there that corrodes stuff. I got furniture all around my pool. Door hinges for my pool house. All kinda metal stuff along with aluminum stuff and have got zero issues.

SWCG pool since 2004. No issues.

Our builder strongly recommended getting a SWCG (and an oversized filter) as it would make maintenance easier. He said you want to spend your time enjoying the pool, not maintaining it. I’m glad we took his advice! 👍

My order was cancelled today. It looks like they may have oversold. I’m bummed. Hopefully they will be back in stock soon though.

If anyone knows of another ~60k gallon unit from a reputable company for an affordable price I would appreciate a link. The RJ60 over at discountsaltpool looks nice but $1700 feels steep. Maybe I should downgrade to 40k. I like the fine tuning increments of both of these units.

Thanks in advance,

Brandon
