I'm curious what you guys would suggest for cleaning it up as quickly as possible.

Curious. How long were you gone, and was the water perfect prior to leaving?

I was gone 2 weeks and the water was perfect prior to leaving. It was warm - high 80s and even a little warmer than that some days.

So many times I have posted questions about maintaining my pool but not this time.....

I just wanted to say how much help this forum has been and how this method is tried and true and is the fastest and most economical way to maintain your pool.

My pool was green, swamp green, yet in just over 4 days it is back to crystal clear. The trick is following the prescribed method and most importantly getting a real test kit. The numbers do not lie and when the instructions are followed - it works perfectly.
