Returning after 7 years

Where are the test kits that used to be sold here? I can't find them. Have to say I'm not a fan of the revised site, maybe I'm being hasty in my thoughts.

Stick around a while, hopefully it will grow on you!

Welcome Back!!!!

I was just asking everyone whatever happened to you.

I said "Hey, whatever happened to that Hyperion dude" and everyone said "I don't know, he just disappeared".

We were worried about you.

Hopefully, you are OK?

Thanks for the link. I remember that now that you showed it. :)

The site issue i'm having is that when i click pool school on the left navigation bar, it just goes to the main sit page. on the pool school icon on the main page, it stays on the same page. www.troublefreepool.com/blogs. Am I doing something wrong?

There was a lot of speculation about why you disappeared and maybe some wagering.

Here are some of the guesses:

Maybe he got rabies?

Maybe he was eaten by a lion?

Maybe he got amnesia and forgot all about us?

Maybe he won the lottery, bought a private island and went off the grid?

Are any of these guesses correct?

All is fine. :D

Those are some pretty wild guesses. I really wish it was the lottery scenario, but no such luck!

I broke down the Intex pool in 2016 to prepare for selling that house. It was a patio home and the pool took up a lot of space that likely zero buyers would be OK with. After moving to the current house we weren't in the mood for setting up another one due to all the projects needed to get the house back in shape after it being one of my rentals for 10 years. Ugh. New roof, windows, ac/heat, taking the kitchen back to the studs and subfloor and merging an adjacent room into it for a complete new kitchen. A pool wasn't in the cards.

With the heat coming around and yet again hearing the kids 2 doors down yelling and splashing in their 1 year old in ground pool, we up and decided Sunday morning to go get another above ground pool just to make it through the summer. Haven't had one since 2016, so all the accessories and test kit are gone. Starting over.

An in ground pool here will have to continue waiting as we're ramping up another project. :)

Every pool I've ever been in was the same amount of wet, even the 3 ring inflatable we stated with. It was cool when it was hot and it had it where it counted.
