In order to get Pentair to honor the warranty on my IC40 SWG they wanted test results of my pool water including phosphates. Off to the pool store I go. Of course phosphates were detected so in order to satisfy Pentair I bought some phosphate remover and after that, Pentair sent me the flow switch. After I got the test results from the pool store, which gave me a CSI of -0.400, I did my own test with my TF100 and the results were surprising. I posted both test results to illustrate why TFP highly recommends against trusting pool store testing. I can vouch to the fact that once I started doing things the TFP way my problems with my pool went away. F7CE2E64-C969-4D40-BC65-E92C5C8FD9E6.jpeg8242736E-89C8-4FC9-A8B4-B1CF4861CCC3.png

Ouch!! What was that....like $35 bucks for a lousy Phos reading of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE?!? Making you buy some totally unnecessary potion for a near non-existant phos reading?!

Was that extortion or what?!?
