Hi everyone,

I’m planning a resurfacing project for my in-ground L-shaped pool L (28’ x 25’ x 10’ x 14’, 3.5”to 6” depth) was which originally built in 2009.

I’m looking for reputable suppliers in south Florida or online) where I can purchase River Rok, as well as the required bonding agents and a Hayward Super Pump® XE 2.25 SP2615X20XE.

Suggestions for trusted sources for waterline tile, coping, and startup chemical kits to make this as smooth as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Michael

When I did a search for River Roc I found several dealers in FL most of them being in mid and south FL. Dealer Locator - SGM, Inc.

Are you thinking of doing the work your self? I do know that many of them will not sell to the general public. I suggest you call some of the ones closest to you and see what they say. Sure can't hurt to ask!
Thanks for your reply.

I will be the GC as we did during the initial construction in 2009. The issue this time around is finding a reputable supplier willing to export to the Caribbean using our freight forwarder. The previous supplier is no longer in operation.

Here’s a list of the equipment and materials we are seeking to purchase.
  • Hayward 24” Pro Series Top Mount Sand Filter with 1.5” Valve – 1 unit
  • Hayward Super Pump® XE 2.25HP SP2615X20XE – 1 unit
  • River Rok Lucayan Blue – 60 bags
  • Granito Tile Azul Del Mar 6” x 6” – 50 pcs
  • Da Vinci Travertine Pool Coping 12” x 24” Bullnose – 25 pcs
  • Bond Kote Surface Preparation – 5 units
Hopefully we will get some recommendations here.

Michael
