Are the resin caps supposed to be flush. Some are and some are not. Especially on the side of my oval. See pics. First pic is all the way down the side. Second is a close up and third is one that is nice an flush at the end of the pool. My concern is water getting under and down the mental post causing rust. HELP is this normal or ok? There is no water in the pool yet.... Maybe it will straighten out with pressure>>>>> PRAYING

Not sure what you mean, but the pool is very level. My installer states that the caps are for show and they do not always fit flush. I thought they were more for protecting?
They are for show and protecting. But if the pool wasn't level, certain caps may not sit right.
The same goes for plum. You're probably seeing either or both being off by a hair, yet still great in the big picture. No above ground pool in the land is perfect.
