Replacing the light inground pool

My light bulb is full of water and need to be replaced. I cannot get the cable out.

First question : what light on budget would you recommend (120v)?
Second question : as i cannot get the cable out could I use this kind of device that are said to be ip68 waterproof?

You will need 2 people to remove the existing wire from the conduit when it’s stuck. Cut the wire off the light bulb, then try pulling the cable from that side. With the other person on the opposite side, work the cable in both directions.
If all else fails, hire a professional pool repair company to replace the light for you.
You do not want to use any type of splicing connector to do the repair. You run the risk of electrocution.

What type of product can I use to help to pull the cable out of the conduit if it stuck inside ?

I used a hammer. Wrap the cable around the handle and pull. Also some dish washing soap down the conduit.

Yup, as stated above. You can also go to Home Depot and buy some “pull lube”, you will find it in the electrical dept by the wire snakes. Also, it is advised to tie a pull string around the other end of the wire you are pulling out, that way, as the old wire is pulled out of the conduit, you’ll have a pull string in there to pull the new wire through.
