Replacing my Deck O Seal

Hi - a few quick questions -

does anyone use the P/G primer when just redoing the seal between the coping and decking?

I am going with Gray, what kind of sand, might I spread on top while it is drying?

How do I keep it clean while it is drying?

How do i clean the concrete before applying the seal, instructions say to make sure the concrete is clean, but don't say how?

Well I can tell you how I clean concrete...........bleach sprayed on it, using a push broom to make sure I have full coverage, followed by a good hose rinse. I don't bother with a pressure washer as I have great hose pressure.

How to keep what ever you use clean while it dries would be some thick plastic over it with something like blocks or such to keep it from sitting on it.

I hope someone else has some answers/ideas for your other questions.
