Seems it is time to replace my Hayward H100ID 100,000 BTU natural gas heater. Seems prices have gone up since I bought this years ago. I think I paid about $600 :) Realize I have to spend alot more now. Can anyone recommend a suitable replacement? Seems Raypak and Pentair are my 2 options? Thanks for input!!!

If heating fast is important, get the biggest one you can afford, and your gas meter can handle. This will allow you to change temperature the fastest.

Bigger will not be cheaper to heat, a BTU is a BTU.
