Removing stair handrails and "temporary plugs" for concrete deck

We have a handrail on either side of the stairs going into our pool. We want a bit of a cleaner look and would like to remove these for summer use. We remove them every fall anyway when we close the pool. I need something to plug the hole in the concrete. I want it to be temporary in the event I want to put the rails back in at some point. Anything on the market that will do this?
