I have scale on my walls of a fresh water pool. It's really bad under the water line. Is there any remedy to remove this? I've tried scale remover and scrubbing with no luck. Thanks

First can you describe "really bad," or take a picture. Solution depends on the size and scale (size) of the scale.
Also, how are you testing your water? Can you give us a full set of test results? Me may be able to change your chemical parameters of your pool and help.
